About “Favoryt-Opt”

The branch establishment “Favoryt-Opt” of closed joint-stock company “Favoryt” was established on August 17, 1996, according to the decision of CJSC “Favoryt” stockholders’ meeting.

At that time, the main goal of its activity was the supply of pioneer camps, holiday centers, and hospitals of Zhytomir region with foodstuff. At the same time, the establishment dealt with non-fat dry milk powder’s export deliveries of public company “Galyiv Butter-Dairy of V. F. Mazurkevych” abroad.

In 2001, the activity of “Favoryt-Opt” was held up.

In the beginning of 2004, CJSC “Favoryt” became an owner of constructions materials’ producer factory in Zhytomir; as a result, on the shoulders of “Favoryt-Opt” was laid a burden to renew the productive activity of construction materials’ plant; therefore, during the 2004—2005 period “Favoryt-Opt” has drastically shifted its orientation and obtained a license to hold the construction activity.

The other strategic direction of “Favoryt-Opt” — is the project construction of any kind of complexity.
